Recently we sent a petition started by a Gap customer to a small group of PL+US members -- and then found out Gap had just updated their paid family leave policy!
Gap now offers 12 weeks of paid parental bonding leave that includes six weeks of leave at 100% of pay and six additional weeks at 50% of pay for all new parents who are salaried employees and many hourly workers.
This is fantastic news and another sign that across corporate America we’re winning!
Time and again we see that when PL+US members stand behind customers and employees advocating for change at America’s Favorite Brands nothing can stand in our way.
