A New Normal
Today in America, more than 113 million working people can't take a single day of paid leave. One in 4 mothers are forced to return to work within 10 days of giving birth. 53 million people are unpaid family caregivers. Together, we have an opportunity to build A New Normal and ensure every working person has access to paid leave.
