SUPPORT PAID FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE: ADD YOUR PHOTO
The Biden/Harris administration is preparing the next big economic recovery package to introduce to Congress – and the latest news is that it includes a paid leave program that will improve millions of people’s lives. But if we don’t show our elected officials that there is a large, activated community of millions of us all over the country who support this paid leave plan, it might not make it in the final bill.
That’s why PL+US is launching a photo petition with our friends at Supermajority, Democracy for America, and organizations all over the country. Together, thousands of us will show Congress that paid leave is an urgent priority for families all over the U.S. We’ll put these photos (your photos!) on a moving billboard in DC starting on Monday, April 12th to welcome lawmakers back to DC after the congressional recess.
